cycle 6 complete Mood

Hello to all,

Just wanted to let you know that I have been able to complete all 6 of my scheduled cycles on Tuesday. Did have a small problem last night that I have never noticed before and that was my IP port leaked. It may have done this before and I have never noticed as I just thought it was hotflashes & night sweats from the hysterectomy. I called the office this morning and she said that sometimes that is normal with the 2 liters of fluid that goes into the abdomen. I was thinking I might have had to go back for more due to the leakage.

Now we are just waiting for the CT scan on July 10th and then the followup appt on July 22 to see what is next.

My husband & I are actually leaving on Friday for a quick getaway to the port clinton oh area this friday to return on Sunday. First time we are really going away since my surgery. My husband is a liitle cautious because this falls on day 10 to 14 in the cycle, but we decided to go any way.

WOOHOO! Congratulations!!! That is big news, and you're a stong woman for getting through all 6 cycles. Have a GREAT getaway with your husband - you deserve it! After you get back, maybe they'll remove your IP port (after the results of the CT scan).
