i am 61 had copd for about 7yrs i dont work anymore because of it life is not to good and i dont have any friends god knows i could do with some i got divorced about 25yrs ago i have 4 grandchildren

hey, i just noticed your comment about not doing anything, what's the point....i'm hoping that's a joke. but if not...there's a big point in doing something. IF your breathing is super bad (mine is) then you need to try to get moving to help make it a little easier TO move. the old saying of either use it , or lose it...applies here. and if life has just got you down...climb back up! there's alot to work for. sometimes it's amazing how you, or any of us, can make a difference is other people. hang in there and know that you DO make a difference to someone! love margaret
