i know somewhat how you feel. Being Bipolar, ADD, & Post Hysterectomy, sometimes my husband doesn't have a clue what to do. I try to discuss w/him about what's in my head, or feelings, but it only goes so far. All I can suggest is keep opening up to him. Be brave & tell him what you need & how he can help you thru this. No matter what, it's worth it--no matter HOW scary the thought is.
