Things could be better but I'm just going with the flow for the moment. Can't really do anything else. Got a preliminary appointment with a counsellor in a few weeks. I don't really want to go but I guess I'll give it a shot. Off on holiday on Friday, so maybe things'll take a turn for the better for a while. Take care of yourself, Samantha x
