Really struggling.

Yesterday I ate raisin toast with promite during the day and a meat pie with steamed veg for dinner.

I think it was the meat pie, its virtually preserved meat as it was from the supermarket. Massive headache and massive muscle pain in my body. (IBS-d cat 6).

Sleep was very difficult last night. Awake in pain from 1AM until 6.30 AM

Back to very safe foods today.

This afternoon is the start of mid year school holidays so I'm going to need all the energy I can muster.

Frustrated at my bodys weakness.

    Sorry you're having a tough time......we all understand being frustrated by your body!!!! Drink lots of water.....hopefully you can purge these preservatives quickly and get to feeling some better soon.
