Type of allergy: Otherslow and steady wins the race. althought i don't like any of the bugs that can kill me, i am not nearly as freaked out as i was. trying to set myself up for success...take a LOT of deep breaths along the way.

i found out at almost FORTY that i have all kinds of food allergies. biggest to dairy (have always turned my nose up to milk...but my BELOVED cheese?), soy, artificial sweeteners, preservatives...the things in everything. BOO. this discovery has really enlightened my state of well being, past and present!

- works very well. the difference can be night and day.
