      My sister died in a car crash on highway 611 right up the road were we live. she left early to go to school because she was going to give blood.

      Treatments

      Crying Not Working
      It didn't help because when you think even more about the person you lost when crying you cry harder and feel sick after words.
      Reading Working / Worked
      It helps me keep my mind off of my sister. when you read all your worries go away.
      Playing Sports Working / Worked
      playing in sports and activities helped me alot. it makes you become busy. And it alouds you to have fun. this also keeps me from morning alot.
      Singing Working / Worked
      singing helps me alot. it helps mestay calm and maybe it will help you.
