I always thought without a doubt that there would be one person in this world that I could count on no matter what. Since my world was shattered in January 2008 I miss that sense of trust.

I feel the same way. That innocent bond that you feel with family is gone. I sometimes feel that I never really knew my H and wonder what other things he may have done that I don't know about and would be horrified to learn about.

Me too. We had our problems, but I NEVER in a million years thought he would lie about me and to me, not once, but repeatedly. It's sickening, really. A hurt that feels like it will never end. Now I doubt every word out of his mouth.
