Medicare is denying our legitimate claim. My husband is 92 and has lost both legs. After they amputed his last leg his surgeon ordered him from hospital to rehab. He met all criteria for that transfer. We were told Medicare would cover it. Medicare denied his claim, first saying the amb. comp. din't supply enough info, and now is saying the reason is that he could have gone by some other means.
