Damn, damn, damn!!!! Just woke up and during the night, apparently scratched my face and neck pretty badly..a week to go to dermatologist appointment. And another damn...woke up and can hardly move........just took meds....hopefully they will give me a little kick.....it felt so good to be able to do "things" even if it was at home......I have one more room to go.....guess I'm still trying to learn how to pace myself and accept what is and has happened to me physically. Still retain hope as hard as it gets sometimes. Daughter and an old friend called last night and had really nice conversations with both. Went to sleep at a decent time finally, about 11:00 PM. Muscles hurt today and low grade headache......well, will have to see how day goes.

Yep, this is a frustrating story. I just finished reading your journal from yesterday, so this is a shorter story, for sure. lol
I guess you must scratch in your sleep. Dermatologist can give you cream to put on your skin to help with that.
One day at a time with this illness and acceptance is key.......just takes forever to get there. I'm still working on it every day.
