    About Me

    I'm 33. Got engaged Dec 6th 2007 to my gorgeous and supportive fiance who my dad was happy for me to spend my life with. My dad died unexpectedly/suddenly on the golf course in my brothers arms on 20/01/08. DEVASTATED!! I was daddies little princess and he was my best friend... We were sooo alike. We loved each other soo much. I miss him dearly. He never got to find out he'll be a grandad on 8th Feb 2009!

      Type: Loss of a Parent

      My dad passed away on the 20/01/08. He was not only my dad, but my best friend too. Although I'm 33 we still did everything together. I was his little girl! We were very alike. He died unexpectedly on the golf course whilst playing with my brother. He was fit and healthy.

    • Close Heart Failure

      My dad died of pulmonary oedema, cadiomegaly, aortic valve disease on the 20/01/08.He was visually healthy and well.He mentioned once that he was out of breath but he put that down to getting older 63!My mum on the Thurs before he died heard a heart mumour whilst cuddling him on the sofa.He visited the GP the next day.He died whilst playing golf with my brother on the golf course 2 days after visiting the doctor and having an ecg which they sent him home after with no further advice.
