Type: Be the best you can beI gained weight when I went abroad last year and decided to gain control and start weight watchers in the fall. since i returned, i have lost about 12 pounds, however, there was a point a couple months ago when i had lost a total of 19 pounds. somehow, despite being active and trying to stay on plan, i am slowly gaining the weight back. i need to get back on track and lose it FOR GOOD!

- Elliptical Trainer Working / Worked
- Rollerblading Working / Worked
- LOVE IT, but can only do it in the summer.
- Running Working / Worked
- Started slowly and built up to 5 miles, but suffered a knee injury so I had to stop.
- Strength Training Working / Worked
- Swimming Working / Worked
- Weight Training Working / Worked
- Weight Watchers Working / Worked
- Easy plan, however, at college it is very hard to keep on track on the weekends when going out with the friends.
