About Me
I am a Mom to a little boy who at times mades my heart melt with his caring, and than at times i wonder if I am a good Mom because i feel as tho i need to run away...I love Art in any form, I am a photographer, I LOVE scrapbooking, I enjoy camping and love Fall. I have 2 Siberian Husky's Brutis is 13yrs old and deep down in my heart ik he will not be with us this coming winter, and Dozier( short for Buldozier...Carter was into Bob the Bulder at the time) is almost 3 and is still the puppy in the house. We also have a very tiney cat named Samantha, she is 9 and a B***H to me but loves the boyz. I am the happiest when I am creating something, I am very unorganized and wish i wasn't, but its me.

My little one is BP too. Honestly, the pills help her out SO much! She used to tell me she can't make the bad thoughts stop. Now all we have to do is talk. Sometimes she still gets a little out of control but it is so rare now and she can kinda feel it sometimes. It's nothing to be fearful of. the fact that you caught it early is well in your favor. If you need anyone to talk to I added you as a friend I'm on here at least once a day. -Carrie

I hope things get better for you and your son soon. What a stressful time you are having! My 9 year old shows signs of bipolar, and I am bipolar as well. Try to take it one minute at a time.

I have been in a relationship with a great guy for a little over 4yrs. He come into my life when me son was only 8months old & has taken over as a father to him. He has never once questioned that my son comes first or for us to go without for him. We were engaged for 1 year & he called it off, said he couldn't hadle me anymore. Came back after 6wks and now we are unsure, 2 years later. My son calls him Dad, but he has no permit tie to him and i think about that alot....i don't know were to go?

Open Crohn's Disease & Ulcerative Colitis
I was diognosed on April 1st 2000 and have undergone an intesive surgerey that removed over 2ft of my large intestines along with a tumor the size of a large grapefruit. I was only 15 at the time and until the birth of my son at 18 spent alot of time in the hospital, i went into remision for almost 3yrs and the last 2 have been up & down.
Treatments
- Asacol Working / Worked
- as a daily treatment it works ok, but not when in a flair up.
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- I can NOT eat at Pizza Hut, the sauce they use has put me into a flair up everytime
- Entocort Working / Worked
- somewhat effective
- Flagyl Somewhat Helpful
- can help for a minor flair up
- Prednisone Working / Worked
- works but usualy makes me sick, naucia
- Surgery Working / Worked
- saved my life. I had a total blockage from the tumor that had grown out of my intestines.
