is feeling OK
I am 23. I love to write, read, cook and exercise outdoors. I have a wonderful 2 year old West Highland Terrier named Charlie, he is my baby. I want to be a better person and handle things a little bit more gracefully.

Welcome to the DS NF Group. Have a great day.
hugsssssssssssssssssssss
awwwww I saw you as a new member to N/F and got to reading your profile and wanted to give you a big hug. I too have N/F and have been struggling to lose some weight. I like you also write poetry, and I am very proud of my work. So I just wanted to drop you a note and give you a BIG HUG!
Here's hoping you can find every ray of sunshine you could want today, even if it's as overcast out your way, as it is where I live.
life sure is a beach.
I was diagnosed with NF 1 at age 8 and have also had Aloepecia. I have struggled with these things and come to a partial peace with them. I would like to make a full peace.
I found out I have AA almost two years ago and also have Neurofibromatosis. I am a young female, and I feel that everyone is so obsessed with looks and things - how can I feel normal?
I would like to lose some weight. I got a little carried away with a couple of diets before and want to be safe - there are other things that bother me about my appearence (alopecia areata and NF1) so having these extra pounds is hard on me.
My best friend recovered from a eating disorder. She still struggles to see the beautiful person that she is inside and out. She also has supported me through some neurological health problems of my own, and she supports me through this site. I am here to lift her up.
I think that someone I love may be in the beginning stages of addiction. I am very worried, she has changed very much and I wonder about what to do.
