- made me gain weight/binge eat
- Group Therapy Working / Worked
- recommended for some things, like learning coping skills and gaining insight, but better in a more structured environment
- Holistic Health Working / Worked
- highly recommend fish oils and other supporting supplements
- Lamictal Somewhat Helpful
- Lithium Not Working
- one of the first ones I tried. Can't remember the side effects, but they were the reason it didn't work
- Seroquel Not Working
- too sedating
- Wellbutrin Not Working
- made me manic and hallucinate
- Zyprexa Somewhat Helpful
- heavy weight gain and other side effects
- Running Working / Worked
- great mood booster, keep some side effect at bay and creates goal-setting, structure and overall wellbeing
