i have this desease called Nervous exhaustion i always have stiffness around head i dont know why but when i exercise and sleep if i ever sleep okay then i feel good , have tinnitus , feel always nostrils blokage and I love my family love my kids want to give my time to my kids but always in phase of tension and depression and anxiety
