Candida
I saw candida doctor on Wednesday. Test results came back, I tested positive for candida overgrowth.
He told me that the goal is to:
1) stop the yeast
2) kill the yeast
3) build my immunity.
He wants me to:
-continue on the candida diet,
-take shots for building immunity,
-prescribed Nystatin to kill yeast for 6 months
-test for thyroid problems,
-take urine test to check on my magnesium levels.
I don't mind receiving shots, but I either have the choice to receive them through nurse ($26.60 once per week) or administer them myself (cheaper just pay for 1 vial which is $90 for 8-10 shots) I really don't want to give them to myself and I want to see if there is an
alternatives to shots.
Career
I saw career counselor today. I told her that my main interests are: Health, Music, Psychology, and Carpentry. I've always joked that my interests are so varied. But she
mentioned that Music and Health = Music Therapist, etc. For a long time my dream has been
to become a life coach. But I don't know where to get started (my obstacle).
She also suggested that I change my resume format to focus on my skills, since I no longer want to do customer service work.

If you dont want to give the shots to yourself, what about asking a friend or family member?
You're making good progress with sorting things out. i'll be rooting on the sidelines for you!
