its weigh day again. i have lost 1lb thats a total of 44lbs in total i now weigh 9st 1lb only another 8lbs to go.

im 33 years old married with a son. i have battled with my weight for years but i am determined to win the battle. im doing the slim fast diet which i have done before and it worked well i lost 3 stones in four months but that doesnt mean it is going to be easy but i am determined to win the fight.

its weigh day again. i have lost another 2lbs i now weigh 9st 3lbs i have hit my 3 stone loss mark hooooooooooooooooooooooray. only 10lbs to go.
