I got this from someone and thought the last part was really a good thought Too bad that the person who sent it to me did not know 10 people who would admit to knowing the Lord. If I send this to you, please send it back so I will know that my friends do know the Lord. I know 10 people. Do You Love Him? This is a simple test: IF YOU LOVE JESUS, SEND THIS TO AT LEAST 10 PEOPLE, INCLUDING THE PERSON WHO SENT IT TO YOU! THE POEM I knelt to pray but not for long, I had too much to do. I had to hurry and get to work For bills would soon be due. So I knelt and said a hurried prayer, And jumped up off my knees. My Christian duty was now done My soul could rest at ease..... All day long I had no time To spread a word of cheer No time to speak of Christ to friends, They'd laugh at me I'd fear. No time, no time, too much to do, That was my constant cry, No time to give to souls in need But at last the time, the time to die. I went before the Lord, I came, I stood with downcast eyes. For in his hands God! held a book; It was the book of life. God looked into his Book and said "Your name I cannot find I once was going to write it down... But never found the time" Now do you have the time to pass it on?

I was just diagnosed with HIV and have started medications already. My partner and I have been together over 8 years now and, miracle of miracles!, he is negative! Apparently I've been sick for about 7 years after transfusions as a result of an accident. I'm not sure what tomorrow will hold but I love life, I love my partner, and am determined to keep on living. He has been tremendously supportive which has only made me love him the more.
Treatments
- Sustiva Too Soon to Tell
- No apparent side effects from Truvada yet but the hallucinations from Sustiva effected me the first night (wow!!) and sometimes I wake up with numb lips or fingers.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- Started yoga again, got a membership at a local gym so I can mix up the cardio and weightlifting.
- Reiki Working / Worked
- Has helped with stress a lot.
- Holistic Health Working / Worked
- Check my entry on March 11, 2007. Just recently diagnosed but the evidence on alternative treatments is too overwhelming to ignore!
- Prayer Working / Worked
- Peace of mind. How can it not help to tell your problems to the One who cares most?
