Interests
The typical mom stuff lol.. Cleaning, ( GREAT stress relife in that ) We have annual passes to almost all the fun stuff around here, OMSI, Zoo, Childrens Musem, Shute Aquatic Park... Yeah we keep pretty busy as a whole... When I am not out doing things with my kiddos, I am online reading and blogging, or reading in gerneral, I love classic lit, but really I love all books.. COOKING.. I love to cook. I have a love for all music, and writing and playing as well. Scrapbooking... Learning how to sew... Not so great at that yet though.. lol.. I also enjoy a good movie now and then.. And I grew up horseback riding.. SO I love to ride... I enjoy nature, and being out in the middle of it. Photopgraphy as well is a new found hobby of mine.

Close Primary Carnitine Deficiency
My daughter Caroline is 7. For years we have been fighting for a real diagnosis as to why she is developmentaly delayed! It took moving across country from VA to OR to gt a decent doctor, and awesome school district to get what should have been detected in infancy. CARNITINE DEFICENCY . The more I read about it, the more I get upsept knowing that "maybe" possibly she would not have the mental strugles she now faces forever, with proper treatment in her infancy.
Close Mental Challenged
I am a mom of 3, Navy wife to one... And one of our blessings is rasing our Daughter whom is Mentally challenged due to Carnitein Deficiency.
Open Mitochondrial Diseases
I have three wonderful kids, 1 whom has carnitine deficency which falls under Mitochondrial Disease, we have been fighting for 7 years for answers for our angel... And finally we are making headway.
Open Muscular Dystrophies
My daughter has a rare disorder known as Carnitine Deficency, she is 7 and was just diagnosed.. It does affect her muscular system, and mental abilitys.
Treatments
- Carnitine Somewhat Helpful
- The treatment seems to be helping... But it is still to soon to know.
