Another visit in my dreams Mood

6-17-08

Just before I went to bed last night I slipped a pair of Lance's shoes on for a few minutes I could still feel the imprint of his foot. Then I prayed that God wouldn't let me forget what he looked like. I had a dream that he came back for a brief visit. I got to hug him and kiss him, and hold his hand and tell him over and over how much I loved him and missed. He was only allowed to stay for a very short visit so we just made the most of the time given to us talking and holding on to each other. I woke up and felt such a peace come over me.

The grief therapy went well yesterday, after the rough Sunday that the kids and I had. We tried our best to focus on anything but Father's Day. Now just trying to figure out what type of vacation to take especially with gas prices the way they are now. Thought about going to mom's to use the boat. That will be costly too! Maybe Disneyland who knows.

Trying to keep a positive outlook.

I HAVE HAD A DREAM ABOUT MY SWEETIE AND WE KISSED LIKE WE HADN'T SEEN EACH OTHER IN FOREVER. I WOKE UP AND I FELT SO GOOD THAT DAY. IT WAS LIKE HE WAS STILL ALIVE THAT DAY. I THINK A TRIP FOR U WOULD BE GREAT. I AM GOING ON A CRUISE THIS WEEKEND WITH FAMILY AND I AM GLAD THERE NOT ALL COUPLES. I REALLY CAN'T TAKE SEEING A LOT OF COUPLES LATELY. U DON'T HAVE TO GO ANYWHERE TOO EXPENSIVE, JUST A GETAWAY WOULD BE GOOD TO GET AWAY FROM THE HOUSE. THANK GOD MY BOSS PAID FOR ME. I AM KIND OF DREADING THIS TRIP A LITTLE BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE TAKING PICTURES AND I HAVE TO PUT ON TOO MANY FAKE SMILES. GOOD LUCK WITH THE GRIEVING THERAPY. I WENT TO THERAPY ONE TIME SO FAR, I REALLY NEED TO GO BACK SOON. I AM SORRY THE WEEKEND DIDN'T GO WELL. WE ALL HAVE THESE GOOD AND BAD DAYS NOW. BUT I AM PRAYING THAT IT GETS BETTER FOR YOU AND THE KIDS. YOUR FRIEND-MILLA
