Hello I am Scooter I am a double amputee I ride a trike I swim I am very active.I am getting ready for a bike ralley …
Ok, so this morning I woke up to my father singing Happy Birthday on my answering machine. It's a contest every year to see who will be the first birthday call. My older brother had beaten him to it. He called at 12:35am. So it was funny. We decided to take a bike ride this morning and see how it would go with the puppy. It was her first time around the bikes.....sooo... off we went arund the apartment complex about 7 this morning. It was warm, but not as warm as it is later in the afternoon.
Lana did really good. She ran next to us and loved it, then we thought she might like a break so we put her in the basket of my trike. Bad idea! She jumped out and I nearly ran over her. She's OK though. We took her back upstairs and continued our ride. I was feeling really good. Today is my 35th birthday and I'm TOTALLY getting my life back together!
I didn't think I had much energy left after the two laps around, but apparently I did. We ended up doing 3.64 miles of riding today. It was WONDERFUL!!! I had so much fun! I sweated a half a gallon of sweat but it was so worth it! I'm so happy and so proud of myself. I just had to share with you guys! It's never EVER too late to change your life for the better!
I hope you all had a fantastic weekend!!!
Big big hugs and much much love!!

Always time to change your life for the better. Steven Curtis Chapman has a song that says something slong the lines that I have all the ourside things that proclaim me to be a Christian, but what about the change? What about the difference? This all leads to the idea that we all think of. What is the difference between "Christians" and other people. Make the difference. Go through with the change.
