today I worked until 6pm then we went to the new place with my husband and started cleaning up. Gosh the kitchen was so grooosseeeee, dirt everywhere. There should be a law to protect tenants agains this BS. Lock on the door was not changer, carpet not cleaned,....I was working on getting the place ready for us to move in in next couple of days. We have to hire profesional carpet cleaner :( The lady who own this townhome is jut totally cheap person :((( i don't get people like this. She did not give us key from the garage and key from mail box, we are not able to pick up our mail or use garage.....We have to pay her half of the month rent. $500 deposit ( only 200 refundable), 200 nonrefundable pet deposit and 200 cleaning deposit ( this one i just don't get it, because the place was dirty as hell)..yeah,,,it is great to renting places like this...for 1200 a month...goshhhhhh, people are just to stupid...i guess :( It was very sterssfull day.......for me  :( I feel tired, My tooth is still hurting and I am overdosing on Tylenol.. :(
