I wouldn't say I feel any better today, but I did do some good things for myself. I walked for two miles. It was nice despite the cold weather. I went to my therapy appointment. We didn't get much done, but I wouldn't expect to, because this was only my second visit. I went to work. That was fine. After work is what i'm proud of. I walked home and was feeling down. Instead of lying in bed, I got out my trombone and walked to the college of music. I went down in the basement and practiced until I felt satisfied.  This was such a good thing for me to do. By keeping my trombone at the college I am keeping myself a part of the school atmosphere which I miss very much. It's not perfect, but its the best I can do right now. It is also good, because I got in practice time and felt good about myself and my playing (even when it wasn't perfect). I am trying to make progress.
