I'm feeling shitty today for reasons i'm too embarassed to say. I need to try to structure my day so that I can feel good about something.

 

Today I want to:

 

Clean the apartent

Cut my hair

Watch the Pistons

Practice trombone/guitar

Fix the bi-fold door

    That's a long list! I know, i make long lists too! Perfectionist tendancy, you know. Even if you just got to one of these, you should feel successful. I started working on a new song. It feels good. Still just for me, but it feels good nonetheless.

    blumhar, I am glad to see you want to quitt smoking. I started smoking at the age of 12, and when I turned 44 years old, I got emphysema due to smoking. It makes me very happy to see that you are going give up smoking. Jack23.
