I lost my sister last may & my dad 11 yrs ago.My mom is 71 & has dementia. Lately I've been keeeping my feelings 2 myself. I'm scared of being alone & I don't like asking 4 help. i've got a beautiful daughter & i don't like it when i feel "down in the dumps " around her. (it sucks!) I feel like i've got nobody there 4 me so i tend 2 put up walls.

i lost my sister last may & my dad 11 years ago. my sister lived in the same apt. builing as me 4 the last 3 years & i got used 2 seeing her & hearing her voice every day. I grew up with her & have a hard time dealing with her being gone. I really have nobody 2 talk 2. I don't have much of a family or any friends 2 talk 2. I would just like someone 2 listen.
