Ive been seeing a counsellor and psychiatrist the last few months. My last visit on Thursday the consultant psychiatrist wants to help me cut out my alcohol intake, hes prescribed Valium and ciprimil. As im 23 pregnant im not too sure about these medications, he assured me it would be ok. Any ideas would help.
