Im a mam of 2 from Ireland expecting my 3rd child, ive had depression and anxiety.panic attacks since my 20's im 37 now. Ive had counselling medication etc. Cant take medicatrion cause im Pregnant 12 weeks now, and am getting increased panic since. I like to make new friends, chat share have a laugh,
