I am 41 years old and have been diagnosed with Fibro two years ago. About a year before that I started to feel the pain in my body that got worse and more intense as time passed. To make a long story short, I found out what I had due to the Research I did myself and got diagnosed by a Rheumatologist. Down the Road I found a Doctor that is treating other patients with Fibro. She has a lot of understanding about Fibro and knows how real and painfull it is.
This is my sons story. He is 21 years old and got diagnosed at 5 years old. He did not die as an infant, because he has intermittend MSUD.As his mother I always knew that there was something not Quiet right, but no doctor found anything until he was 5 years old and had, what I call a bad spell. He was taken to St. Louis Childrenshospital and "finally" diagnosed him with MSUD. "It" had a name.
