Administrator came in at the end of the day and said that public aid had just gotten the paperwork that I had "supposedly" sent in a week ago. I told her I did send it in then and sentr another copy yesterday. She told me I was lying. Then asked about my doc for the last month, I showed her my stack of done work that wasn't filed yet. She shook her head and walked out, telling me I was fired as she left.

I am so sorry to hear that. So many of my friends are looking for work right now. I will keep you in my prayers. This quote isn't that deep but for some reason it's really helped me:
"In the end it will all be ok. If its not ok, then its not the end."

If you were working even halfway decent, it really sounds like she had it out for you. Can you go over her head? or do you want to? are you going into work tomorrow? can you go to unemployment?

oh wow, this is the year huh.. I got laid off but had 30 days to redeploy, I called in sick, so now I'm out on disability. hope you get back to work soon
