Yes, I have four other girls. I don't think it changes the amount of pain that you feel. You are not a bad mother and please don't feel that way. This is something that nobody can help. It is horrible and makes for a very trying time. God will prevail and we will be with our babies again. Please don't let this stop you from having more babies. I know from experience that most of them don't pass away and live healthy normal lives. I do enjoy watching my girls and just spending time with them. I hope you find peace and know that it was nothing you did and you are not a failure. Look, after dealing with this you are helping me. Some good does come from everything.

Do you have other children? How are you coping? I think this is the worst thing a mother can go through. I am trying so hard to get through each day. I hope that one day I have another bundle to hold and love on.

No Melissa, you didn't make it sound like that, I was just hoping that "I" didn't make it sound that way! I think you said it right. It's a balancing act. I still feel the grief and the sadness about Ari, but I guess I have to learn to not let it consume me. And instead of only focusing on the past, I have to figure out how to deal with the past, and focus on the future.

I hope I didn't sound like I wasn't happy for this baby...I am happy. It's just there's so many emotions involved with it, on top of still grieving for Ari. I'm sure that everyone is right, and when you see that beautiful little girl, you're heart's going to melt over her. ((Hugs))
