hi there!!!! ozzy is doin well! still a pain in the bum chewing my socks etc!!! lol i start work on monday she thats a good thing and will hopefully b movin out my parents at the end of august fingers x'd! i have a new mrs now! she is a bit older than me (35) but i think she is good 4 me! no head games i know exactly where i stand which is nice! hows things wiv u?? xxxx

I started self harming 20 years ago,at the moment its taking over my life and I'm loosing control.
Treatments
- Outpatient Treatment Program Not Working
- Never helped
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- Helped to talk about things but didn't help me to stop self harming
- Rubber Bands Not Working
- Crap didn't do any good
- Squeezing Ice Not Working
- waste of time
- Talking Somewhat Helpful
- ok if you can really trust someone,or you don't know them at all.
- Tattoos Somewhat Helpful
- It was an alternative but not a solution.
