doing some updates on my goals!
Updates on my goals...
1. I still have my scale, but I have gotten on it every once in a while, it use to be 4-5 times a day, with clothes, without. So getting better..
2. Nourish my body, doing good.. Not restricting, not starving.. Doing everyday what I can.. I did go down a bit, at my last weigh in, with my nutrionist. But not much..
3. Still smoke Free.. 3 days, and I am feeling good.......
