Close Hiatal Hernia
I am on 300 mg Zantac AM and 40MG Protonix pm. Also, I am experminting with holistic cures. I don't have bad heartburn, in fact I have amost no heartburn, but an endoscopy revealed I do have a hiatal hernia, the Doctor told me not to ear 5 hrs before bed. One surgeon said that surgery would do me no good becaasue I do not have heartburn. I have had the shortness of breath, and pain and lump in the throat. Very tired all the time. Have been on thyroid replacement or years. Sometimes I wonder if i really need it.

- Sometimes levels are up, sometimes they are low. I have a hiatal hernia also. Does hormone replacement create muscle weakness in diaphram?
