I am a student at Arizona State University and I was diagnosed with alopecia my senior year of highschool. I have had alopecia areata for a little over a year now. It has really been hard for me as far as my self-conciousness. I just wish it would go away. I am doing everything in my power to make that happen! If anyone knows of any other treatments, let me know!
Interests
I love to write and read, hang out with friends, shop, listen to music, dance, laugh & make people laugh, watch movies and go out!

Close Alopecia Areata
I was diagnosed with alopecia areata my senior year of highschool. I am now a freshman at ASU and I am still dealing with this. In fact, it is more aggressive than ever before. I am doing anything in my power to treat this, but if you know of anything else, please let me know! I think I have taken this pretty well. I have had my breakdowns plenty of times, but for the most part I am coming to terms with it now. I think this may be because I have always been able to cover up my spots.
