 Well happy Monday!  Tomorrow will be shot number 17!  Boy time flies when you are on tx...LOL  I really can't believe I am on the downhill now...it has gone by fairly fast. 

So, I have shared with others here...but I have had a ton of wierd medical things in my life, with being diagnosed incorrectly for two major things.  I always get weird things too...always baffling my docs.  So anyway, Saturday morning at about 5am, I woke up and my head hurt in the back behind my ear.  I just figured that I slept on my hair funny...and you know how your roots get tweeked.  By 6:30am, I was in alot of pain, and felt my head and I had a huge lump or mass!  So of course, trying not to freak out I went out looking for my husband...who was listening to music on his headphones outside while he was trimming stuff...by the time I located him...I was a bit beside myself...He asked if I was okay, and I said NO! And how can you help me if you have headphones on! A little riba rage there ya think? 

So we made the trip to the Urgent Care...so much fun on a holiday weekend.  The short story is, my lymph node was infected....never knew I had lymph nodes in that area.  The doc put me on a strong antibiotic...and by the next morning the knot had gone down quite a bit...so chalk up another weirdo thing from my body.  I do feel like my body is just so tired,and it cannot fight off simple things....a good reason to stay close to home and away from crowds and germs!

What was funny about my UC visit is my husband suggested we go to lunch when we were done.  He suggested going to the Spaghetti factory...which I love.  So then we waited about an hour, got my rx and went to the pharmacy...while waiting there, I asked my husband, so what do you want to eat for lunch...he said I think Chickent Ceasar salad, and of course being a bit stressed over being there, and the usual brain fog...I said sweetly (lol) I don't mean what you are going to order, where are we going to go!  I could not remember one bit of that conversation.  My husband said it was okay, cuz I got to be excited about going there twice LOL!  I feel like Drew Barrymore on 50 First Dates LOL!

Still have gumby joints when up walking to far...I was really hoping to feel better since they reduced my riba...but I think I am just wishful thinking. Going on Wednesday to get my blood checked again.

Had a very uneventful weekend, just stayed inside in the a/c.  No company, no bbq....just me and my hubby.  Watched the Macy's fireworks on tv...that was the big excitement!  We did go to the movies on Sunday...so that was nice.  It is hot and HUMID here today....I feel for all of the people who live in that humid weather...it is the pits..and wears you out so quickly.

Well, I hope all is well, and everyone has a relatively side free week!

I will be praying for all of our husbands, or other care takers of us heppers!  They need the prayers and encouragement.   I tend to be pretty up beat..but when I am so low ebb...I am just a bit "beachy"!  Working on it.  Thank God my husband understands and does not take anything personally!

 Lord, thank you for my wonderful, kind, patient, and sweet husband. I pray for all spouses of the DS people here...they need encouragement, and some slack cut for them from us!   Give them Your peace, and the extra energy they need to do things that normally would be done for them. Help them to understand what we are going through, and know they do not have to fix it.  they just need to be here by our sides.  Help me to be thankful for all things, at all times, even be thankful my husband was out trimming our yard!
