Okay, so yesterday, I was having a tantrum cuz my floors were really bugging me. I did try the vinegar as suggeste, and that did seem to lift some of the haze I thought I was seeing. I have driven my family nuts over this dumb floor! But you know how some things just get to you when you are home all the time, and your world gets smaller and smaller! Anyway...I realized later of course, it is just a dang floor, and it is clean! Actually hygenic by now LOL. I just for some reason see things others don't must be a little OCD in me LOL. Anyway thanks to everyone who read my silly post, and offered suggestions! I appreciate it greatly!

In the big picture....the floor does not matter, although I sure feel better when my house is all freshing scrubbed and clean! Hard to relax when you see stuff that bugs you. I will have to work on that. I mean there are people here who can't make their house payments, and I am complaining about my silly floor!

I do hope everyone has a wonderful and Blessed 4th of July weekend...stay safe out there. We live in the greatest nation...and have so much to be thankful for.

i really relate to you about the floor. Because I have had to take it easy lately and am home most of the time, I really focus on my house. I think I just want to feel my last bits of control aren't slipping away. I know this will pass and I also think of all those less fortunate. How many more weeks do you have? I know you will make it and are such a good role model to everyone. Have a happy relaxed Fourth!! Marilyn

Okay, my hubby did all the floors this morning using the steam mop and vinegar....then towel drying and buffing...wow what a huge difference. There definately was a haze on the floor, I am not as crazy as I thought! The steam mop lifted a black film up, and every thing is shiny and super clean now. So silly, but it just looks so beautiful, shiny and clean now! My frustration is over, floor wise that is LOL!

So glad you won the battle with your floor! I can certainly identify with what you were saying about it bugging you - sometimes little things like that are what we take our big frustrations out on. Have a very relaxed weekend now that you can cross the floor issue off your list!!

sometimes the smallest things in life gets to us, but we have to maintain our cool and bypass them. My girl Cyn69 is the same way. everything has to be sparkling clean, im not complaining because our home is always clean. Its her ocd that gets the best of her. I'm glad you got over the floor.
