Friday, May 9, 2008 | A Positive story

Thank God it is Friday! I am doing so much better now. Yesterday a good friend who had not contacted me much since my tx started stopped by and spent the afternoon and evening with me. It was nice as my husband was gone for the evening. Then we ran out to just get a quick bite to eat, and when I got back, one of my dear DS friends here called and left such a sweet loving message. God is so good...he always knows when I need something before I can even ask. It was a wonderful day and evening. Fever went down to 99 which makes a big difference. No fever so far today! PTL. Just finishing up laundry today, washed and blow dryed my hair-what a difference that can make.

Thank you Lord for always being there for me in all things great and small. You are an awesome God.....I lift all my DS friends to you. For those who are mothers....give them an extra heep of blessing. I pray each one can spend a moment with their kids....For those who are mommies to their animals.....give them an extra added blessing too. Thank you for the plan you have for my life. Thank you, that I don't have to figure all this stuff out by myself.

Thank you that you are helping Jeannie with her first week of tx. I pray she will continue to be side free. Thank you for her wonderful positive attitude and humor. Thank you for my Diane too....continue to bless her, and give her the stamina she needs to work. I pray she will have a wonderful mother's day weekend too.

Thanks for mentioning my "furbabies". My husband must take the furbabies shopping because I always get a Mothers Day card and present from them. I always say...I'm not a mother and he says "yes you are Mom, just ask the kids. The kids, that's what he calls the dogs. So my "kids" are Lady, Bear, Mr Mikey & Boomer. Great kids they never ask for money or to borrow the car lol. Hugs "Freida"

Oh, how sweet....he takes care of you like that. They are your babies, and all so adorable...and BIG! They are the best kind of kids to have-no talking back, no asking for money, or the car as you said LOL! You always give me such a good laugh! I hope your babies buy you something nice...I know a new sweats outfit to hang around the house and bathroom LOL......I do like the names too...they are cute! How come you did not go with Phineus or Apple or Moses LOL! Have a wonderful weekend-Barbara

These are just regular people type dogs...no Hollywood names for my furbabies...wouldn't want them to get laughed at.. if I had to take them to the dog park or doggie day care.
