About Me
well im just? ME! life is great no real problems? just sleep apnea, and a few other problems???, rather plump need to get rid of some more of my love handels, took early retirment but was a butcher and worked on the doors as a bouncer i live with my wonderful partner, he got hit by a drunk driver just over two years ago[but thats a differant storey]we did have a pit bull called mo who was 15+ and bless had the big C and had to be put to sleep on the 12 may 2008 miss him sooooooooooooo much...!!!!! PLEASE dont be offended if i dont add you as a friend at the minute its takingme all my time to be a good friend to the one`s i have but still hug and chat noooooo problemoooooo xx :)
Interests
singing, trying to cook, walking, bird watching[new to this but finding it fun]reading one two miss afew but i get the story in the end [patricia conwell james patterson cathrine cookson]we love to go out on a sat night watch a turn and have fun with friend`s, like comedy films and of course my new computer

Close Sleep Apnea
found out i had S/A in july 07 but got my own capa in sept07 just kept falling asleep and partner was awake all night with my snoring but i woke up as tired as i went to sleep nearly distroyed our relationship!!so went to dr`s in desparation? sent to hospital did tests ect i am so upset i have this and i hate the machine i have two one a mask and one a mouthpiece with nose plugs and humidifier i feel so sad!!!
Treatments
- CPAP Somewhat Helpful
- it work`s but? find mask slip`s when i move around in my sleep and leak`s at times and when a pull to tight it really hert`s my face and the mark`s are on till lunch time and the mouth one i wake with lips like mick jagger and the nose plugs pop out when pressure gets too high and if humid to high get water in pipe and drool loads [yuk but i do like this one as i can sleep on front]

Type: Loss of a Partner/Spouselost my farther 7yrs ago thought that was bad? untill i lost my mother 4yrs ago there isnt a day goes by that i dont think of them but mostly my mother sometimes its just a song ,a saying,or some memory that has been triggered by something or someone? i miss her soooooooooo much she was my best friend

- when am having a bad day getting out and about is good you tend not to show your feelings when out [well stiff upperlip ect i am british]

- fab would recomened it to everyone some one not family who you can tell how your feeling there outlook on things are much more different than talking with friends[who knew them] and family, draining at first but then that little light comes at the end of your tunnel !!! great feeling

Open Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
had this since 2006 whent to dr`s as i had pin`s & needles in hands and kept droppin some things they where going to op straight away but silly me said oh no no no i cannot [there is a good reason??] so a few weeks later had injections one was painfull one was not but they where GREAT after a week or so but now its starting again and i dont want to go to dr he will say i need it done ?but? the longer you leave it the less the success rate of so someone told me ?? is that true??

- painfull but im a wuss haha but after a week feel much better
- Wrist Splint Not Working
- dont wear them know as they get in the way but with the pain coming b ack i might have to bight the bullet and put them on

my partner was hit going to work by a DRUNK DRIVER!! just over 2 yrs ago i tried working my 2 jobs but after 1yr i just burnt out because he would not have strangers in our home so it`s all down to me ,he has gone from not walking to a wheelchair which we still use as he cannot walk very far but he know uses sticks he cannot most things but we manage just fine we laugh a lot we cry too but i wouldnt be lying when i say its sooo hard i do go for walks and have a cry when things get unbearable

dont tell everyone im dislexic but most notice wen im spelling haha as a child i was clased as lazy but as like many of you i love to draw i love to sing ican take somthings appart and rebuild them im ge8 with the dvd tv phones only had laptop since oct so doing ok what is good now is i now im not lazy or thick but i get imbarresed if i have to read things and i just dont take them in so people think you are thick as a chip haha but i now im not

"hi all" stuggled with my weight seems like all my life? dr1s orders need to lose it! or he said im a stroke/heartattack waiting to happen so i will give it yet again another go starting weight 238lbs

just had to have our dog mo put to doggy heavan he was 15+ and had the big C im so lost without him i just dont know what to do i can`t stop bursting into tears i we miss him soooooooooo much
