I was diagnosed with fibro 10 yrs ago.Luckily, I was very active in exercising and running proir to getting fibro and I have been able to stay active. I do not exercise as much as i used to, but i am trying to increase that also. I woked as a medical office nurse, clinical manager, phlebotomist, and I am also an EMT. I had to quit work three yrs ago due to the increased fatigue and pain. I have a daughter and a son in their 20's and a three yr old grandson. all of them still live at home. My grandson helps me keep a positive attitude and he keeps me laughing. He also helps in keeping me active.
I enjoy reading mysteries, Patricia Cornwell, and John Grishom.I love the beach and being outdoors.i enjoy working in my flower garden, taking pictures, playing with my grandon and cooking for anyone who likes to eat. I enjoy watching televison when i get a chance. Lost is my favorite show ever.
