Not losing weight! Mood

I've been losing lately and feeling really good! This week I haven't lost. It hasn't been perfect 100% calorie wise, but I'm still below my suggested to maintain. I'm exercising more and did 6X this week. Do you think it's just muscle buildup? Or what?!

    It could be mussle builing or your body addapting. You also could have hit a plato(Miss spelled probably). try tricking you body by doing different exercises routines. I go by inches, and how my cloths fit(or fall off if I stand lol) as well.
