    About Me

    I've always been a bigger girl, but not "large." I did ok my freshman year in college, my sophomore year I went from 180 to about 220. I got to 240 and realized I was miserable- I often had horrible thoughts and desires to do drastic things to "fix it." I know it was irrational, but I couldn't help it. I'm down 20 pounds now and feeling great! My biggest fear is to seem selfish. I have interesting and negative stuff with some family members (narcissism and depression) and I'm terrified of looking like I am that. My dad is a hypnotherapist and that's pretty cool. I just joined the Catholic Church and I really enjoy it. I have an amazing boyfriend Turner who has helped me become stronger and a better person. I love him to death! I'm a music major, I want to teach middle or high school. I'm a member of Sigma Alpha Iota and love my sisters. I want to have tons of friends and I love to be there to support people through hard times. I also always need lots of positive input and people to help me stay on track!

    Flute, psychology, music, religions, Catholic, people-watching, French, reading, coffee, sleeping, Italian greyhounds, learning, shopping, Old Navy, weights, being green, working out, learning to be healthy!

      How's this coming? One thing I can recommend is when you feel like walking, do the jogging motion but slower. That way you can still meet your goal of running a mile! Just keep your knees up!
