I'm a wife and a mother to a beautiful 3 year old daughter..my family is my life. I'm a stay-at-home mom and loving every minute of it! Asides from the family thing, there's alot of things I like to do. I'm an avid reader. I read everything from Stephen King to Chicken Soup for the Soul. I have an obsession with recipes. I collect every recipe I come across because I love to cook and i'm always up for trying a new recipe. I'm willing to bet I have over 2, 000 recipes! I one day would like to go to culinary school and possibly open my own restaurant with my husband, who's job is cooking. Before becoming a stay-at-home mom once again, I was a professional cake decorator and I still very much enjoy being creative and decorating cakes. It makes me feel accomplished and talented and it helps me release my creative side. I love to travel...before my husband moved up here, I got to travel to Florida 3 times last year to spend time with him. We also did some traveling around the southern states. It was incredible! I love just hopping in the car and going for a drive on a sunny day..oh, throw in a picnic lunch and we have a full day! My family owns horses so we like to spend alot of time with them when it's warm and nice out. My daughter absolutely adores them! I listen to all kinds of music..i'm a very versatile person in that field. As long as it's got a good tune, i'm hooked! As far as movies, I love a good laugh and could watch comedies all day long. I'm not much into horror flicks..I don't like being surprised and jumping out of my skin and the sight of blood makes me weak. Well, I can't think of much else to say, but this about sums up who I am!
Family time, reading, traveling, cooking, cake decorating, writing poetry, teaching my daughter new things, art, picnics, going for walks, listening to my hubby play his guitar, and just having someone to talk to that's willing to listen.
Hi there, Just hang in there. You may not feel like it now but things will get better. Try to stay positive and think about the good things you have in your life.
I know life can seem unbearable at times, but the best way to handle it is one minute at a time. My best defense for when I'm having suicidal thoughts is to distract myself with something else, or just go to bed. It doesn't always work the way I want, but atleast I have another day to figure out how I want to deal with my life and what I really need to to to make it a bearable one. All I can really say is hang in there and think about the things that do make you feel happy or atleast things that make you smile.
ang in there
(((HUGS))) you ok? please don't do anything
Thank you...right back at ya!
Hi there..i'm new to this. I went to the doctor for my first prenatal visit and found out my baby's heart had quit beating and I was going to miscarry. I was completely devistated because my husband and I had tried for 6 months to conceive and wanted a child so badly. I just miscarried my child on Feb. 20th and it was the most painful, heartbreaking experience of my life. But I know my baby is in God's care and i'll always love it regardless of how many children I have in the future.
I'm 24 years old and i've been suffering from depression since I was 13 years old. I've been on several different medications since my teen years but i've found the best medicine is support from the ones I love. I still fall into a depressed mode on occasion, but i'm learning to cope with it better as time goes on with the support of my loved ones. I'm gaining strength as the days go by!
