My husband had an affair after 25 years and 4 children.For months he stayed in the home, refusing to leave but continuing to see her. Finally left and the two of them moved in together. They now expect everyone, including my 4 and her 2 children to just accept and move on. A daily roller coaster.
Treatments
- Couples Counseling Somewhat Helpful
- He refused to go so ended up being pretty one sided
- Reading Working / Worked
- I try to go between a therapeutic, support book and then just mush.Seems to help and maintain balance.
- Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
- Sometimes they just want to run him down and I feel like defending him.
