Too much to tell. One of the few who was diagnosed when pregnant. Hit me hard and fast and hospitalized 4x in 1 1/2 years. Worked my way out of wheelchair, and am trying to keep myself mobile. Legs always HURT.
I have a boisterous 2 yr old and a thoughtful 6 yr old boy who are the loves of my life (and their daddy, too). There are days that I have to remind myself of that though when I long for the solitude and freedom of my old life. My husband & I waited 7 years before our first, I can hardly remember!!
I have both a 2 and 6 year old son. My 6 year old has been "labeled""profoundly gifted" and it's a challenge to raise him. I saw there were no support groups for this, so I would love to talk to anyone who is raising one of their own "Little Einsteins".
