I work from home and go to the YMCA almost every day so the challenge for me is just watching what I eat and getting my stomach shrunken down to not be hungry that often. The past two days I've been able to cut my portions down and the scale is starting to move. I used to wrestle in high school and some in college so knowing how to lose weight isn't the problem ... it's the motivation to lose the weight. I starting to get motivation back ... baby steps!
