he is better looking than me, lacking in integrity, honesty and character, lives in his mother's house, got his last girlfriend pregnant with twins (she had an abortion) and is afraid of me. given the facts, i would say he resembles a major loser.

   You would think that our spouses would cross the line for something worth while, but both of my H's OW were skanky losers. They were NOTHING like me and their lives were/are in shambles. Interesting though - they are both very similar to each other.

   I helps me sometimes also to see the OW as pathetic, because that's how I feel about someone who preys upon an older married man to make herself feel good. However, you know this isn't about any defect in you, looks or otherwise. This was totally her own selfishness and insecurity.
