I didn't get to do an entry yesterday ... I was pissed off, I weighed myself and I haven't lost any weight this …
OK.....things are good. The diets working this time...dont think it would be the diet for everyone.....but i'll stick with it as long as I can....and according to my dr its quite healthy.....i'll share it with you and if anyones interested who knows...maybe it'll work for someone else too..
Ive managed to solve fluid retentions with it too and that bursting sensation that someone filled you up with a garden hose...and ive been exercising lke mad too..
so here goes.....Breakfast consists of apple cut in slices, 3 slices of fat free cheese or oatmeal with skim milk and strawberries. Lunch is one of those High protein Pitas filled with chicken or shrimp or tuna to the weight of 100gm...(lotsa shrimp in that eh..) with veggies or salads....in fact anything cept carrots or small tomatoes, any veggie that would have lots of sugar....dinner consists of either another pita or 100gm chicken/fish/red meat with veggies....(anything cept potatoes, yams carrots and rice...no pasta...and im dropping 3-4lbs a week.....drinks with the meals consist of black coffee or water.....and i have one snack in all that cos i dont really feel all that hungry...and ive been having either an orange or a couple of strawberries... so well see how this goes ..i expect to be 20lb less by the end of june..and thats allowing for a day here or there where i might not stick rigidly to the diet..Oh another thing too is gum...ive been chewing sugar free gum till my face is sore..it relieves the thirst and the chewing motion jumps starts your system .........................we'll see in another week how things are going hehehee..also ive been using the exercise equipment and have been building up some resistance so .......keep yer fingers and toes crossed for me !!!

Hey thanks guys your angels..hugs....so far so good...ive lost 4lbs...thro the week how much of that is fluids is debatable..but hey im glad to be showing lower numbers....now heres an interesting thing ive discovered...and shelly you might be interested...i have two lots of fluid pills...both different manufacturers.....and one particular brand ive discovered doesnt work...so im trotting back to the dr tomorrow to get it changed and get his opinon.....so today i had to take 3 doses of the fluid medication because accidently id taken the wrong one....the one which didnt work..so thats a good thing to know...also...i think im alergic to the beta blockers...and thats another story..but the gums working...and the diet is too...and this week ive been cycling like mad with my grandson..and behind my house is a park...with a hill...and without realizing it ive been bounding up and down the flippin hill hahah...so the exercise is working and my stamina is improving..now if i could only get the weight gone.!
