  Mine to, So I can understand that. I can listen, you can message me and you can just write it out. I am just here to support you and for you to know you are not alone. I love to isolate, but it makes it worse. It is sometimes such a relief to just let the words roll off of you onto someone else. XO

  Hi Sweetie, Yes I am ok, I was worried about you, butit sounds like you have a good thorough Dr who understands, I know sodium is an issue with lithium, and also the risk of dvt, hence the thyroid checks. You stick with it honey, you will level off soon and will feel more positive agian xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
