      This medication effectively brought the infection under control from over 30 bumps to around 10. These remaining ones eventually disappeared two months later on their own. If, at some point, you find the cream causing your skin to rash, simply make sure it's rinsed well off and skip an application of it to let your skin recover; then resume.
